1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The AI Mentor website (the “Site”) and the AI training programme, including all courses, content, community features, and related services (collectively, the “Programme”), provided by Ascendea Limited (“Ascendea”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Programme.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to purchase and use our Programme. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. The Programme

The AI Mentor provides a structured 12-week online training programme designed to help professionals develop practical AI skills. The Programme may include, depending on the tier purchased, video lessons, templates and playbooks, community access, live coaching sessions, Q&A sessions, and one-to-one advisory support.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Programme at any time to improve the quality of our offering. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect your access.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

a. Pricing and Payment

All prices for the Programme are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The current pricing tiers are as follows:

Coached Cohort £1,997 (one-time) or 3 monthly payments of £697 Everything in Self-Study, plus weekly live coaching, Q&A sessions, direct feedback, and cohort accountability.
Mentor Level £3,997 (one-time) Everything in Coached Cohort, plus one-to-one strategy calls, custom AI implementation support, direct advisory support, and priority access.

We accept payments through our secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

b. Instalment Plans

Where an instalment payment plan is offered, you agree to pay all instalments on time. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of your access to the Programme until the outstanding balance is settled.

c. Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel for a full refund.

Important: For digital content supplied immediately, this right is waived if you provide your express consent to begin accessing the Programme content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once access has commenced. By purchasing and accessing the course content, you provide this consent.

Refund requests outside of this statutory right will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

5. User Accounts

To access the Programme, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ascendea.ai if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Licence

All content included in the Programme — including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, templates, playbooks, and course materials — is the property of Ascendea Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Programme content for your personal and professional development. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit the Programme or its contents.
  • Share your account access or distribute the content to third parties.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Create derivative works based on the Programme content for distribution.

7. Community Guidelines

Where the Programme includes access to a community forum or group, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate access for users who violate these guidelines.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Programme only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Sharing your login credentials with any other person.
  • Distributing, reproducing, or making available course materials to third parties by any means.
  • Using any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Site or its content.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software used to deliver the Programme.
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Programme.

Violation of these restrictions may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Programme without a refund.

9. Disclaimers

The Programme is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to provide high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date content, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the Programme content, or the specific outcomes you may achieve.

The Programme is designed for educational purposes and does not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice. The application of the skills and strategies learned through the Programme is entirely your own responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascendea Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Programme. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ascendea Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Programme, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Services

The Programme may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service’s own terms and conditions.

13. Data Protection

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our Site with the updated effective date. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Site. By continuing to use the Programme after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ascendea Limited regarding your use of the Programme and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
